Hospitalization Booking Service
For hospitalization the Booking Service: 06 80220.6018 – 12 is available for all the information (procedures, refunding, etc.). For further, exhaustive information, we advise you to call a couple of days before admittance.

Admittance
On the day you are admitted please go to the Admission Office – open from Monday to Friday – 07.30 to 20.00, on Saturday from 09.00 to 14.00 and on Sunday from 09.00 to 13.00 located on the ground floor.
On check-in you will need to show, prior to admission, your:

fiscal code
-
prospective insurance company card, including the claim number, issued by the insurance company
After completing the administration procedures the patient will be accompanied to the inpatient floor where the nursing staff will supply him/her with the initial information regarding the relevant diagnostic and therapeutic program.
Discharge
Barring unforeseen circumstances, the room must be vacated by 09.00 on discharge day.
Medical Record requests
If you wish to receive a certified copy of your medical record, kindly go to the Administration office and fill out the appropriate request form with our staff. The documentation will be available within 20 days as from the date of application.
A person in the patient’s confidence, subject to written authorization and presentation of a valid identification document, may withdraw the report.
