Disclosure to potential customers pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679

2. to send information on our services, as well as other promotional initiatives to interested parties.
The above activities will be carried out using the contact details that you have provided. The legal basis for carrying out these activities is that of express consent.
The provision of data is optional; without it, the Data Controller will not be able to carry out the related activities. The withdrawal of consent may be exercised at any time without consequence to the validity of the existing contract. The right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority is guaranteed.
